Does anyone else usually have to wait over 15 minutes at the walk up window before they can place an order? Do they also make you wait over 20 minutes for your food while you see the drive-thru moving just fine?

I got what I ordered and I didn't have to wait long to get it and I'm reasonably sure they did not spit in it.

Service at the window is always slower than the drive through as that's their main concern. Not very professional. I have had better experiences with others in the Columbus area.

Yes because they talk alot inside and make their customers in and outside wait. It's just depends who is there. It's not everytime.
