Cold tacos no sauce after I was asked what sauce I wanted, no napkins, after a 25 minute wait had 4 cars in front of us. Won't be going back

Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes once we got to the window to place an order because the monitor was off. The worker walked away from window and started talking to the other two employees there. There was kids playing in lobby area. The night crew should be replaced they were in regular clothes. Many cars left the line because they weren't trying to take orders they were busy talking and playing. Im from Michigan and this was a terrible experience.

My food is always fresh and fast. Idk, maybe u just go the same time the rest as the neighborhood?
I've adopted the don't move my car until I've checked the entire order as soon as it gets handed out the window to me. That's the only way to be sure your order is correct
