With a line of people at customer service you wont get a answer the people in store come first. When someones in the store they are alnost guarenteed to make somkind of sale. On the phone they arnt. People aew at customer srrivce for a return or problem already not having the best experience. So they get first priority making tbem wake when theres a line open to close dor them isnt going to bappen. Simple economics. One call vs dozens of people with thousands they will spend that day or have spent. If theres no line you will get them. Its the same concept in fast food. Notice the car line is served faster then in house. When you go inside for fast food they know they have you and youll wait a few mkre minutes for your food and sit and eat. In your vehichle you can drjve off and leave and they lose the sale. Once inside and get your order your gonna wait. Akmost no onr asks for a refund for waiting
I am hearing this a lot. I'm sorry that you are having trouble with them. I have had a much better experience but maybe I am just a lucky person. I would definitely try their corporate office. You may get a better response.
