They dont tell you but you can buy a second hand membership. They have them listed on the web. I'd take the time to pay a lawyer to look into the paperwork to know for sure what your getting into. I've seen some full memberships for around $2,500. I believe that they have an annual fee around $500 to $750. They do seem to have nice parks but they pack in spots and your close to your neighbor at all the campgrounds we've been to so far.
They are part of Ocean Canyon Properties. You would have to arrange a tour a sit with a sales rep. There are different levels of membership. With membership you also can join Coast to Coast which allows you to go to any C2C campground and stay for 10 dollars a night.
The price does vary depending on how much you camp. If you want to camp free when everybody else is paying anywhere from $30-70 a night to camp then this is the product is for you. Yes you can buy the product from the internet from someone else that owns it but you need to read the contract they have because it plainly states that the benefits do not transfer with it and you are responsible for the transfer fees which are $2000.00, so why pay out almost $5000.00 and thats not including what a lawyer charges and get one park and no benefits when you can take that money and get a membership of your own... Yes you are right, some of the camping sights are tight but that's because we are growing and as more ppl become full time RV'er. We are expanding some of our parks to accommodate the growth. We can't do it all at one time but we are getting it done. I hope everybody that is camping or planning to go in the near future have a wonderful time and make wonderful memories. HAPPY CAMPING
I can have them contact you to set up a tour. They do the tours daily. It is a really nice place.
You can Google "Ocean Canyon Properties" and they will explain membership rates.
