I have always received excellent service here!
They are extremely busy most mornings but I have never had a problem with them. I recently moved out of state and wished I could have them where I live now. Dr. Breaux and his staff have always been great with me and all my pets
It may not be your typical idea of good customer service, but then he doesnt treat your usual customers. while we make the arrangements, his actual customers are pets and they ALWAYS TAKE PRECEDENCE. ive never ever had a problem with any staff member or dr over the phone or in person....they tend to do things the old school way, which I love. I get to go into the exam room and be with my animal the entire time, though I completely trust all of them if needed. i also moved away to Florida for over a year and couldnt find one decent vet office..im not sure about the dr's but the staff were horrible and cold and no way would i take any chances, so i understand your hesitance if this happened and it was your only interaction. But if you are in the area and you want your animal cared for well, then consider a do-over and a start with a clean slate..perhaps both of you were having a difficult morning or moment. the care given to the animals is worth a second chance in my opionion.
That's odd. They are usually extremely nice. I drive an hour just to visit for my dogs
I had the exact same thing happen this morning when calling. She hung up in my face and when I called back to confront her she acted like she didn’t even hear me.
The only thing I don't like about the Vet Clinic. Dr. BREAUX is only open in the morning. He does surgery in the afternoon. I recommend calling after 12.
They had my dog nudered a day so he cam back really well so yes th place is good
Yes they're not usually like that it's just mornings are the busiest.
The best time to call is in the afternoon when they are not seeing patients. Some mornings are incredibly hectic.
