I took my laptop an old broken one that a friend's kids used for school, got new one so I took the old one they used there charging cord to see if it would even charge before buying new one and told me it needed a OPS on it..quoted me a price, never charged me a fee to tell me that when u took it back for them to work on it, Lindsay, awesome lady, sold me one way better not broke didn't need anything, for same price as to fix old broken one, amazing shop, more amazing owners/staff...will be taking all my tech computer needs to them from now on, love love love this store thank you again Lindsay you don't know what you did for me and I'll never forget your kindness!!!
Our diagnostics fee is $39 to let you know what is wrong and how much to repair. if you proceed then the $39 is wavered.
They have very reasonable prices and the customer service is awesome.
