Dr. Tim is one of those people you meet and know they are living their life’s purpose. I have been to numerous doctors and he is the first to genuinely listen and then come up with a plan to help my body heal and do exactly as it is supposed to. He has been prompt and thorough in my care. I can tell it is not a “one size fits all” approach but rather he is continually monitoring any changes and progress so care is always suited for my specific needs. Plus even after a few weeks I am feeling better overall and have noticed my immune system getting stronger. Couldn’t recommend him enough! Definitely the best chiropractor in the Sacramento area!

I found Maximize Chiropractic after I was in a car accident. My doctor's office was not able to help me alleviate the pain so I sought out chiropractic care. Dr. Tim's staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Tim made a health plan for me, and 4 weeks in, I have felt a significant difference in my back, shoulders, and neck. Surprisingly, I also found improvements in my hips, which I had not noticed were so tense. I look forward to my continued care and the great results.

Maximize Chiropractic has been a life saver for me! I originally went in for chronic lower back pain (incurred after lifting a heavy bag incorrectly). My shoulders were also becoming very slouched forward, and I was concerned of developing hunch back in my elder years. Dr. Tim took a full body X-ray, and it was determined that in addition to the lower back issue, I also had mild scoliosis which I never knew I had (explains a lot regarding my posture). Together we developed a plan of treatment which entailed exercises not only performed before each visit but also at home. For the first 3 months I went in for adjustments 3X a week - and can't tell you how much better I was doing and feeling. Since that time, I have remained on a monthly maintenance plan, am doing well, no more chronic back pain and my posture is better than it has ever been. Thank-you Dr. Tim and to your incredible staff as well!

Maximize Chiropractic | Sep 18, 2022

The webster technique is a chiropractic procedure that is used to help with breech presentations (when the baby’s feet or buttocks or both are in place to come out first during birth), which helps with positioning the baby. This technique involves adjusting the position of the pelvis and lower back, which can also help to reduce pain and improve the function of the pelvis and spine. Some research has shown that the webster technique can be effective in treating back pain during pregnancy. However, more studies are needed to confirm these results. Hence, it’s always best to consult someone who’s well-versed in chiropractic for pregnant women. Overall, the webster technique is considered safe for both mother and baby, and it may be an effective treatment option for pregnant women who are experiencing back pain.
