Worst service ever ..store doesn't even answer their phones ...make a delivery date paid in full a month in advance calls and says will be delivered no call no show..dont even know where the appliances are horrible

I have had quite the opposite experience with this store. The delivery service appears to be a contracted vendor. I would make sure to report your concerns to Lowe's so they know how their vendors are (or are not) performing.
