I ordered my burger and it was cold and the sauce on it was disgusting 🤮🤮🤮. Not to mention the fries were cold and the service sucked!

I don't know if this Jack is on this show.

Love this place. However my card got charged twice on 9/1/21 and one charge showed up for today 9/2 and i was not even there today. When i called to ask about it i got nowhere. Now i have to call the card and dispute the transaction. Ugh.

Did you talk to the manager of that location? If so, did you get their name? Because just like me, I called Jack, yeah the corporate office. They'll probably be open on Monday, oops Tuesday get the name of the manager and store number! This is how you get your money back and ask Jack for two milk shakes as well!
