If you been donating in one location, can you transfer to another location without waiting?

If you have given at least 2 donations "a qualified donor" you should be able to donate at other centers. But you may need to speak to a staff member to have them "transfer" your records before you can log in the kiosk.

My husband and I are regular weekly donors at CSL. To answer your question: as long as it is with another CSL, a donor is suppose to be able to donate at whatever CSL location they choose, regardless of the locale they live in. Hope that helps.
