You would need to catch that at the Toms River Park and Ride. Other then that you have to catch 67 buses that go through Lakewood Bus Terminal.

I always feel it's better to call New Jersey Transit itself most of the feedback you get from here is going to be some people not affiliated with New Jersey Transit not saying that we don't know what we're talking about but it's better to go to New Jersey Transit itself
