Yes they are. You of course hace to wear a mask. To the right of the grill area there are gloves hanging on the wall beside hands sanitizer. Whichever hand you use to get food off the buffet is the hand you slide into the glove. Once done they hand you a plate. You have to repeat the step each time you go back.
