Yes. I agree with the others. The trail near the Manor would be my choice if I were pregnant and with a two year old in tow.
You can walk around the whole lake with the MOSES CONE MANSION IN VIEW ABOVE YOU...bring a stroller!!

Yes as many have said up around Manor house has great views and easy stroll . Walk to Bass lake could be a little much ,down hill then back up
The lap around Bass Lake is flat and easy. The trail up near the Manor has beautiful views.
