How about training your staff to greet to customers. The lady who checked out my grocery looked in the space. No words of greeting, no smile, no words at all.

That's how most are over there now. Too bad as they used to have real customer service. Plus the Antelope store doesn't have products other Bel Air stores do. I'm done with them!
