When I delivered, they had no rooms available, so I waited for about 4 hours next to others with nothing but a curtain to separate me from others. Had to wait over an hour for the anesthesiologists to come for my epidural (which wore of 30mins before delivery). A nurse came to give me pitocin but never plugged it into my IV, so it ended up on the floor. After delivery, I had issues with nurses providing me details regarding breadtfeeding, circumcision care, and other such details. I had a breastfeeding consulant make me cry by telling me that I would never produce enough milk for my son due to having a previous breast reduction surgery. They made me pump breast milk and feed write down what I fed my son with a medicine syringe(even though colostrum was coming out and he was having more than the required wet/BM diapers). My son never took to my breasts after that, so I was forced to exclusively pump.and I made enough milk. They also never called pediatrician after he was born.
Labor and delivery was excellent!!! Doctors and staff were very attentive and friendly!!! Rooms were nice and relaxing, there was also an area for coach/partner etc. With refreshments!!! Highly recommend
