At this time, we only offer telehealth appointments for our Functional Medicine/Department. The rest of our services are “hands on” and require a patient to be present in our offices.

Yes. We take the time to verify your coverage and no charges are made unless first confirmed by the patient. The complimentary consultation allows the process to get started without any changes being incurred. Typically during the first visit we already have your insurance verified after discussing it with you, the patient.

Can I pick the provider I work with?

Our providers work together as an integrated team to best serve our patients. A patient can certainly choose a provider to work with based upon consultation and examination that the service is appropriate for the condition. Our patients are welcome to choose the provider with whom they feel the most comfortable.

NHC is dedicated to following the strict CDC guidelines with mask wearing and 6 foot separation along with giving patients the ability to wait in their cars instead of using the reception area. PPE has been in place since day one where all equipment is cleaned along with the daily sanitization of the entire office.

Yes. We always verify insurances to ensure that no therapy is delivered unless the patient is fully informed of their coverage. This is why our complimentary consultation works so well – it allows a patient to have access to Dr. Proodian and insurance coverage can be further discussed.

We are accessible 6 days a week and pride ourselves on either same day appointment or appointments within 24 hours for Chiropractic care and Acupuncture. Our other services, like Massage and Nutritional Care, are typically scheduled within a week.
