Good Morning. Ive been trying to contact someone regarding a check mailed to you. I cant speak to a person. How do I check if you received it and its still processing or cancel it?

I looked at an apartment @cedar Ave about 2 weeks ago .I liked it I filled out the application I put my credit card numbers in for the credit check however I do think the credit part went through I been emailing to ask what do I do to complete the process. No response as of yet.
