They won't give you an appointment for 3+ months. You'll need to see an emergency vet if it's urgent and you're their patient. Find a better managed veterinary group. We did.
Definitely need an appointment. If it's an emergency, call first. Chances are they will tell you to come in for an emergency. Make it sound serious. As far as I know , they are still in COVID-19 protocol, so everyone waits in their car. One at a time inside.
