This company is working off BAD FAITH with my family. The homemakers are always calling out, the administration never returns calls and they don’t go over scheduling with families. I have yet to have a full week with a homemaker. The inconsistency is a problem that needs to be addressed. It starts from the top down in any company; however, I can’t even get a call back from a supervisor or coordinator, so my expectations to have someone come consistently is a moot point I would love to discuss with someone in this company.

I called this office and asked if they have an English speaking aide available before I signed up with them. They said "yes we do." A month later they sent a Spanish speaking aide! I called them to complain and the person that sent her said "she spoke English when I spoke to her yesterday over the phone." So she said she'll find someone and get back to me. It's been a week and they didn't call yet! My mother has dementia and I need someone here with her when I'm not home. How can these people call themselves "CareFinders"?????? I'm disgusted and scared to know that these are the people we trust with our parents.
