Someone we know just moved his camper there last weekend. He said his rent included, wifi, sewer and electric hookups, access to the laundry and bath house. The lots all seemed large and spacious.. The camper space is level and are covered in packed down gravel. His said his rent was $495 a month. We did not drive through the entire park so this is just what we observed while we were at one site. Rent may vary we did not ask. All in all it seemed quiet, clean, and well maintained.
