Very down home experience. The staff makes you feel like family and treat you like they are personally concerned about your health and well being. I definitely recommend this pharmacy well beyond the so called fancy chain pharmacies.

I’m new to the area, and rely heavily on user reviews as a tool to help me decide which businesses I should patron. This is never more important, or anxiety triggering when it comes to placing my health and well being in the hands of a stranger and hoping for the best - Based on 1. Location 2 . Positive reviews 3. Looking for personal care , and a knowledgeable caring staff , this seemed like a legit healthcare system to trust to handle my prescriptions. After two fills , not only was each one wrong , but medications were completely left out . And the count was off , at least it wasn’t short, it was over, but next time what?? I got the med I was allergic to, but what is most wrong, bc anyone makes a mistake, and I’m new... I’m willing to work w someone to allow things to steady up. Bc I’m a lifelong customer once I’m happy, the worst thing in the world I have found is being handled .. I’m told one thing, asked to call back, call later ... or told they will correct the issue, only for weeks later to be told something different depending on who I speak to, now I’m hearing they never intended to correct the mistake due to a policy change ??? Which is it and why can’t I get a straight answer or worse, why can’t I trust when I’m told one thing is being done, I can relax and trust that? If it will be taken care of, when and after how much grief ??? I had made travel plans weeks ago, and called to either move my scripts to my out of town location for the upcoming refil, or pick it up the night I left town I’d tug was avail. I was so nervous this would be ok as they had said... well .. I had everything to worry about, as they didn’t fill the med , or even know what was going no on, and now I couldn’t send it out of town OR Get it - cancel trip is all I could do, since it was a required treatment... I’m looking to find my new pharmacy... and the hitching post ( or something like that ) and Murray’s both looks excellent as far and customer service go- I’m sorry I had to have this much of a run around and had thought this would be my new place but better to see the red flags and act as to kick myself for needlessly being uncared for and of no value to a business- I’ll go elsewhere, and give my money , and positive reviews to someone who cares to do quality business -

Lee Kennedy is excellent, has great and vast knowledge of pharmacology! He has superior social skills. Additionally his other pharmacists and his other staff are all knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful too! I have used Shoals Pharmacy exclusively for at least 6 years. I recommend Shoals Pharmacy to everyone!
