Not to be critical, but this is not an area for reviews, it's for questions to the community. But I do dig that the owner responded... So many places are oblivious to social media ;)
Sorry to hear this. As for the music the jukebox is on the wall. You can play whatever you like to hear. If the dj is there just ask him. Yes we have different bartenders. They both work hard. They do have different personalities. One is wild other is mello. They can not drink on shift. But both do a great job. Time does change everything. It is a good place for couples depending on what you want.
I don't know what makes ANY bar/pub a place for "couples" the owner is correct times change an the reason it'd change is the people that visit the place, that's what creates a certain atmosphere. I'm not big on bars/pubs but this is one place that I do like. You select your own music, always seemed to be a great place when I visited. Friendly staff, choose what music you'd like to listen to an shoot some pool. I personally thought the atmosphere was relaxed an had a great time. It would also depend on what day of the week you went, of course Friday nights an weekends are going to be more rowdy per more people coming out.
