I love there food
Corporate office might be your best bet to get reimbursed; however, you could talk to the actual store manager first. Sometimes the rankin file lie and say thst they're management when in actuality they're not. If you had not eaten your food, they should of refunded in my opinion. If you'd eaten half or more, no refund should be expected. We've usually had good food at Gray Hwy store.
When I went in I ask for hot fries and I don't mind waiting. And they dropped some with no problem. This was on grey hwy
You give them there goodly back, and tell them if I can't get hot food well you can just give my money back. I don't play when I'm paying my money I want it right. Then if they are nasty make sure you know where you are at. Then when you get back home you call the home office. I tell everything happen. They treat you so nice even with free food next time. Ok
I would talk to management and if not satisfied I would call their corp. They are a franchise
