Terrible experience! Went in and ordered food, waited 30 minutes and watched multiple people walk in from waiting on food in drive thru over 30 minutes. Asked for a refund, and was rudely told they can't refund money without a general manager present. After another 15 minutes with no food, we had no choice but to leave so we could get to our destination on time. All they had to do was tell us from the start that they were short staffed and running slow before we ordered.
