I’m trying to pay my bill through the automated service so what does a high call volume have to do with that? It’s saying call back do to high call volume but I don’t need to speak with anyone, and it’s really annoying.

I am sorry for your frustration but you can also get on the website and make a payment you just have to have your acct number available... If you have not registered you can pay as a guest and just follow the instructions of each screen...
