One door is always locked (it uses a key fob that each member has to open). The other door is open during office hours, which are available online. No guest lounge or anything. No juice bar, just a water fountain. I believe there is a trainer on staff but he may have moved to another gym, I haven't seen him in the past few days. Just call during office hours and ask.
I understand, there has to be a logical reason why both doors were locked. I posted the question because when I called back attendant asked me if I had knocked. Thank you again for answering my other questions.
