This would have been a 5 star review if it were only about reliability and quality of internet (I only have internet, no TV or phone) connection. However, the FTC website is the least intuitive site I can think of. I would have given that aspect of the review a 0. For the second time in a relatively short time I have tried to update my credit card information on their site. Both times I've given up in frustration and driven to their office to do the update in person. I just could not figure it out. These folks could dramatically improve customer satisfaction by getting ordinary people to sit down with their site designers for input as to how to make it easier for ordinary people to use ftc.net.

The customer service person was very informative and patient as I had many questions. Never felt rushed in my conversation. We will be using them for several digital services.

I just need cell service for a emergency. Do you have anything like that service. I have your land line, but I need something for the car.

You can get cell phones at FTC

Why has my internet service slowed in the last two days. Everything is struggling to load and I am getting frequent connection error messages. My computer is fine, my router is fine, so is it with FTC?

Because FTC is intentionally slowing our service to con us in to paying more to "FIX" it.
