I'm thinking about joining,I would like to do some classes,do they have any beginners classes.never been to any classes before.feel very intimidated by not knowing what I'm doing..

Jackie, we have great instructors that can guide you through any class. All the classes are fit for first timers or more experienced Crunchers.

Im not sure if there are beginners classes. I took a spinning class and it was my first time. There was no pressure but it was worth it.
