Monday isn't 24 hrs. They open at 5am. And I'm guessing it would be easier for the gym to get overcrowded on the weekends so they have to have a shorter timespan.

I usually go around 5 to 7. Around 5 and 6pm mon-thurs are the busiest times. Friday and the weekends it's nice and a quiet.
I believe 12/13/14 with adult supervision. They could accompany you if you have a black card membership as your guest but you must be present with them at all times.
