Why did they close 15 minutes before 5? They are suppose to close at 5 Monday-friday and when I told the worker I still had 15 minutes he just threw up his hands and said we are closed

Ms. Fuller, We are sorry for any convenience this may have caused you as we value your business. Our hours are M-F 8 to 5 and we close for lunch from 12-1. However, we have recently started closing the scales at 4:45 in order to complete any transactions with customers in order for our employees to leave on time. They get lazy. Alot of sites are doing that. No respect for customers in these times
