Don’t waste your time or money and if u are a current resident when it’s time to renew your going to have a bunch of issues nhe sold the company to south wood reality and now they can’t find paper work or saying nhe didn’t leave it all they left was the bare which was leases which is nobody fault before you buy something make sure you have all you need well not they being lazy and want the residence to their work and track stuff down that wasn’t left for them meaning redoing paper work re running back grounds paying already paid pet deposits not helping you get in a locked out apt the list going on and on this was a excellent property until it was sold and now it’s just horrific Brittany is not help at all and the guy in the office just seems not to care about his job hints why everybody slowing moving out
