Waiting for a package that made it there and just stopped. Is there a way to get a hold of someone there?

Not at the plant directly for question regarding tracking. But you should be able to go to your local branch and speak to a rep or manager there where they can see if movement has been made on that piece of mail.

I have had a package sitting there since Dec 10..it's a Christmas present. Is there a way to just pick it up?

Im having the same problem, package was suppose to be delivered to me 4 days ago but last scan is this place from 9 days ago. What is going on that multiple people have missing packages from the same place and no way to get in touch to find out why. Did anyone and up receiving theirs?

I have one that’s been there since last Thursday and no movement still. Says it’s “In transit”.... no way to get in touch with anyone. Says mailbox is full

I have had one there since November 29 and its still there. Had a second one that got there December 6 and its being delivered today.

Somebody needs to do something about this. I should've received 2 different packages... One should've been here this passed Saturday and one long before that one. I still haven't gotten either one. Now all it says on the tracking is that it's going to be late but it's still in transit. This is ridiculous and one of my packages is partially perishable. I bet this is where my stimulus check is sitting too. I need my mail and my packages ASAP!

Same here. One package was there for 3 weeks pending acceptance. I called the company that was sending it. They sent a replacement and now the replacement has been sitting there for 4 days.

Yea me too. What is wrong with that place. I try to call someone at my local branch and they are just so hateful. I'm so sick of USPS. I ordered this item from Georgia it should have been here yesterday and now it's 40 Miles from me and still nothing. I guess it's going to be another day.
