No. You can't have a cell phone. No phone calls at all for the first week. After that you can make 1 5 minute call a seeing I immediate family only. The call supervised. You can leave anytime you want. But to complete the program and get a signed certificate ( like If you need it for court or something) you must stay the whole 8 weeks. Hope this helped The rules are strict but it's an awesome program. It saved my life That's for sure!
