Quality Kia is the absolute best!!! Shout out to Mr. Don Strickland and Mr. Mark Belski. They were so extremely helpful and friendly. Because I was devastated that I had to get my engine replaced due to a recall. I was also very worried about how long I would be without my vehicle. Especially after being told by other much closer dealerships it would be 2-3 months before I got my car back. Don showed empathy and reassured me they would be able to help me much faster then I was being told by the other dealerships. They regularly communicated to me the status of my vehicle. And I received my vehicle back in the time frame I was told over the phone which was a time frame of one week. I'll never go to any other Kia dealership in my area again. Quality Kia was worth the almost 1hr drive. You guys are phenomenal. Thank you again!
