They take walkins early but best to have an appointment because if alot walk in you could be sitting around longer.
Yes it is best to have an appointment. Especially with a new puppy.
Walk ins are still usually accommodated within a reasonable amount of time. I've never waited over 45 minutes. However, after July (I believe that's what Bre said, a receptionist there) they will he doing away with walk ins and just going to emergencies and apts. Only.
