Went into the office to sign up for internet, great communication., easy sign up. Took a few weeks to get the internet but already knew that it would be that way, so no complaint. Tech came came out ran wires day before installation, he was very polite and professional. It was a full day job as the driveway is very long. Next morning tech came out and installed internet. Again very professional and polite he explained everything to me that I needed to know. Didn’t need some services that I originally signed up for but that was due to lack of knowledge of what we needed and office agent would of not known either at time of sign up. They came back the next day to bury wires in the yard. Through the whole process they communicated with me on every step, Overall happy with the service provided .

Awful this is the worst internet company ever a complete rip off there service is trash you can have high speed internet and there service still runs really slow you can not catch channels such as bet vh1 mtv which are networks I love to watch and this company does not provide those networks I absolutely hate this company if I could give them zero stars I would I don’t recommend them at all
