I've seen an electric cart with basket attached.Not sure if you can elevate your leg however.
They have several motorized carts that would enable you to go through the isles with the comfort of turning the handle bar.
No wheel chair, but the motorized cart should be helpful.
No but they do have those motorized carts to ride in the store
