The store on veterans memorial is horrible. I work customers service for 8 years dealing with delinquent accounts and escalations and the way they handle people is ridiculous. Their employe Rosa was unprofessional and offensive. When a customer express their situation with payment the first thing you shouldn't say is well u haven't paid on time in the last two months that is offensive especially when they have paid each month and the last two months were difficult to pay on the due date but the month was paid. My experience with Aaron's was worse than rental center. I never felt more embarrassed with this company than any other company when came to paying my bill. I would not ever recommend Aaron's to anyone.

So we have been long time customers and we stopped by last week looking to get a T.V. My husband was looking for Ms. Rose as she is always nice and finds the best deals. Well she was on vacation and the lady there did not want to be bothered with him, but all is well he went down the street to Farmers Home Furniture and got a nice one.

Aarons is a set-up for low-income people to be ripped off. Please realize although they have a monthly plan, it is a deception. By the time the average person pays off the item, you could have bought it twice or maybe even three times. This is similar to a loan shark, people. Also, dealing with this location is like you are renting from thugs. If you are one day late, they call you, then they come to your house repeatedly. Even the bank allows you a 16 day grace period for paying your mortgage. Do these people own Aarons? I bet they do not even know who owns the place. But they harassing people to no end. Unbelievable BEWARE!!!!!! If you rent from this location only, please don't be even one day late. Or they will harass you to no end!!!!! Also, PLEASE BE ADVISED that they charge you a $5 late fee starting day 2 of a late bill and a $10 fee for visiting your house in addition to your regular bill.

We usually rent a fridge from this location for our huge Holiday event..Really can appreciate when you get a call to check on your need before the inventory runs out... Always good customer service!
