Ive never seen non-edible plants there. Just fruit and veg. I cant say i know 100% that they dont have them, but i have not witnessed any myself.
I'm positive they have what you are looking for but it might be a week or so early in the season. Price are always good when you hagle a little.
I word in the farmers market and I haven't seen any plants that's suit what you're looking for. I could be wrong, maybe go in through the main entrance, turn left and drive all the way back. I wish you luck.
