This is in response to you . You called wanting a free service because we were closed back in March and had to cancel and reschedule appointments because our business moved to a new location and had to get proper permits. We called everyone and left messages if they did not answer we left a message to reschedule your pet. We do not give free services six months later. We get paid for services rendered and you wanted your service for free. We have been open since April and you just called. We do not discriminate but we are a small business and we do not offer rude customers appointments, there are other salons and we deserve to be respected and not treated poorly. You were not very nice to our receptionist/manager and we do not tolerate that kind of behavior at our salon. We have respect for our employees and staff they work very hard. Thank you for your review and we hope you find a salon where you fit.
