This USPS store is the absolute worst location. The workers are unprofessional, lack customer service skills, and creating reasonable conflict resolutions. I have informed Delivery from USPS. My package was marked undelivered on USPS website. I went to the office and the female clerk told me the package was delivered. I told her the website shows the package not delivered. I gave her my license and package information. She looked in the system and stated the package was delivered. I asked her to check the back for the package. She refused and the manager was not available. I went back home and there was no package. Of course the office was closed by the time I went back home and attempted to go back to the office. I called USPS customer service and the rep confirmed the package was marked as undeliverable. I filed a complaint.

There is no post office like this one. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and even handled my passport application very efficiently and quickly. I always look forward to going there to mail things or buy money orders, etc.

I had a great experience with the employees and service…. The only thing I saw that needed improvement are the attitudes of the customers 🤷‍♀️

Hands down the best Post Office that I have ever visited. Amber, her supervisor, along with the other employees were very helpful and friendly when I went to renew my damaged passport. A very warm and welcoming office too.
