It was clean when I was there a few weeks ago...it was around 5 or 6pm and they had a few people cleaning at the time as well. You also have to remember that it is summer and probably a busier time than any for travel so it can't be spotless 24/7. It could be worse you could be using a portapotty.
If you would have had a perfect experience, we wouldn't have this opportunity to give you our opinions or discuss our personal experiences at this location. It seems somewhat significant to consider what each individual considers "clean." To one person in the world, clean might mean that there is little to no chance of a contagious disease or illness present. To another, "clean" might mean nearly sterile. I've been to 47 states since August of 2016. Three days ago, this was the cleanest and most comfortable places to park, rest and receive information at that I've been to. If you happened to have just walked in after someone pooped all over the toilet seat, I feel for you.. But that place was snazzy. It was also packed for the entire 6 hours I sat outside while trying to hitch a ride north up 95 & the interactions I had with staff were very positive.
This place has been spotless both times I was there as well,
it was clean when i was three.
It was clean last time I visited.
I was there this past Wednesday, it's was lunch rush. My counter person was very friendly and welcoming even apologetic for not having something they no longer carry. Will not say is was spotless but it was tidy.
