Reserve or walk in, can you order out?

You can make a reservation or walk in. Weekend nights or larger parties, I would suggest a reservation. I have never ordered to-go food there.

Yes to all of the above. Reservation s are preferred and take out portions are the same as if you had eaten at the restaurant. Service is awesome whether take out or eating in :)
