We came here while on a weekend getaway trip and I can honestly say it was a highlight of the trip. How a five star fine dining venue ended up the middle of nowhere I can't imagine but I'm certainly glad it did. The atmosphere is great, high class without being snobby, and the ambiance is fantastic for either a nice get together with friends or a romantic date. The decor was pleasing and interesting to look at, and the seating was comfortable and arranged well. The service was also stellar. I don't remember our server's name, but she was excellent and was on the spot with keeping drinks filled and checking on us without being too intrusive. She was also highly knowledgeable about the menu and food, and friendly without being overbearing. And the food. My god, the food. Everything was top notch, high quality, and you can tell the the chef is passionate about food and cooking. The pasta is made in house and you can taste it. Every dish we had was an experience, and a positive one. They also have an in-house pastry chef and we had the carrot cake and amaretto cheesecake. It was divine. I don't even *like* carrot cake and I would have eaten two slices by myself. The prices were also shockingly good. For three people, our bill was around a 100 which for the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere is a BARGAIN. For a similar meal where we live it would have easily been double the price. Whether you live in the area, are vacationing, or are just passing through, you're missing out if you don't give this place a try.

Tried their pork tenderloin with cheesy grits and asparagus dinner for two and beet salad. The food was excellent and prepared with high quality fresh ingredients. We were staying at Amicolola State Park and found this gem eatery. We did order the food as the takeout option The restaurant looked charming and was in a wooded setting. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Must have reservations right now except for the bar area but its not a very large area. Food to freash, local grown produce and beef.nice atmosphere to enjoy and relax. People are very nice,helpful and friendly. Absolutely love this place. Wou li d go back again for sure!
