When they were in Conway, they did open on Thursday... it was chitterling night. However, since their move to Horry, unfortunately they only open Fri-Sat-Sun. Wish they'd start though!

It's very expensive to run a restaurant, to keep your meal affordable they probably have to limit the hours. Just make plans to go, it's well worth the wait!

Check with them and see if it is a possibility to open again on Thursday night's. Maybe they could do a sign up sheet to see how many would be interested
