I had my eye exam done here but went else where to get glasses that was much more reasonable and faster. Picked them up today and the prescription is wrong! Will I have to make another appointment to have this fixed???

So sorry to hear that! Give us a call and we can take care of things. We would like our opticians to check the glasses to ensure they were made to your doctor's standards, then we can set you up with a recheck with your doctor, and alter the prescription if need be.

Call them and let them know that you think the prescription was wrong and if they can check it for you. They shouldn't charge you for the follow up.
