What time will the train be in operation?

The miniature train was running until 4pm last weekend, not sure when it starts though.

There is a photo of a miniature train in the Google photos here. It is not a train you can ride. No idea about times.

There's no train

To the very best of my knowledge, there is no train. Never has been.
