There is street parking out side and while the parking lot is a reasonable size not sure you could turn around in it.

I would say yes... There is a small parking lot on the right but on the left, there is the parking lot for the library... If you park in the library lot, there is an exit but it could be tight when turning... If worse comes to worse, there is a strip mall on the other side of Milledgeville rd or the parking lot for the Baptist Church...

I would say skilled driver could do well typically it's not a full parking lot and is rather spacious
