Do you have people the work the front of the house? Iv had two people stare at me from behind the curtain but waited so long to have someone come up front we left. Maybe next time.

You're OK to go during the week but Fridays and Saturdays definitely need a reservation. The food is great and the ambience is even better just because you can actually talk to someone over the table and hear them instead of being in a chain restaurant where you have to shout at each other and with kids crying and loud music playing.

Not sure what Chris is saying. It is best to have reservations. I have never been there without a res.

What time were you there? I can not imagine this happening too bizarre! I would at least call the restaurant & ask to speak to the manager. Don't give up with just one experience. Sorry that happened to you!
