If you sign up for a track day event, sure. If you're legitimately interested visit the motorsportsreg website and find an event. I would however highly advise against it. Rental cars arent equipped to be driven on a race track, especially a technical track like AMP. The tires, brake pads, brake fluids, etc arent designed for high performance driving. If you're new to tracking cars, that's not the situation you want to put yourself in.
I would highly not recommend it cause you dont have insurance then.

Im not sure about a rental car, but i know yiu can with your own car, theres a daily rate if you're not a member
